Terms & Policies
Please review the following terms and policies governing the use of our facilities and services.
Only authorized catering services are permitted. Cooking inside the hall is not allowed, and all food waste must be properly disposed of after the event.
Users must follow fire safety guidelines, ensure clear access to exits, and report any hazardous conditions immediately to hall staff.
Bookings require a minimum of 30% advance payment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event date will not be eligible for refunds.
Events must keep sound levels within the permitted limits. Loud music or activities after 10 PM are strictly prohibited unless pre-approved by management.
All users must maintain cleanliness, avoid damage to property, and follow the scheduled time slots strictly. Any misconduct may lead to penalties or cancellation of bookings.
